A special telefilm written by renowned writer Umera Ahmed. The story
revolves around a mother who sacrifices all her years of youth and
beauty just so she can bring up her children.
Many years of hardship later, her children, now all grown up, go their separate ways, while the youngest son and his wife grudgingly agree to take care of her.
Setting her up a toffee stall, they keep track of every last rupee earned from it by their mother thus insulting her years of devotion and selflessness in bringing them up.
Yet her maternal instinct still shines through as
she smiles despite the pain of a broken heart, proving that a mother’s
self-sacrifice and love for her children never ends, no matter what.
