Story of Upcoming Zindagi tv Serial Khamosh Ladki ... Dheere Dheere Fanaah

The story revolves around Rameen ( Sajal Ali ) who comes from Islamabad to Karachi along along with her folks to meet her sister Minal and brother-in-law Numair. Her brother-in-law has lustful eyes on her.

He rapes her and makes her silent. Azar Feroze Khan, who could be a cousin of Numair, is keen to marry her, however when being raped by Numair she is reluctant thinking that he might be the identical as Numair. 

Rameen discloses to her folks that she is being harassed by Numair to which her mother asks her to stay it as a secret because it might have an effect on her sister's marital life. Numair attacks his father-in- law as he comes to understand of everything. 

Rameen then agrees to marry Azar when which she tries to inform her husband the reality about Numair but he, together with everybody else, thinks that she is lying as Rameen's mother lies to everyone that Rameen is mad and he or she is lying to each one. 

Later, her mother dies & Azar, Minal and Numair throw her out of the house and she or he is made to measure within the the servant quarters. No one believes her to be innocent. Rameen then leaves the house quietly. She lives during a personal women hostel, where she meets a girl who sells ladies for cash. 

Rameen does not understand concerning it but when she gets to know about it, she gets out of the automobile in that that woman was going to sell her. There, she meets Sheraz. Sheraz's wife was dead. On the other side, Azar commits suicide as he has a guilt of what he did with Rameen. 

Shezar takes Rameen to his house. There, she gets attached with his daughters and asks Sheraz to measure in his house as a maid. He offers her permission to measure in his house however soon each of them fall in love with every different. On the other hand, Numair and Minal's daughter suffers from cancer. 

When Rameen comes back to home, Numair accepts that he raped Rameen and to stop her from going away again, he doesn't tell her that Azar is dead. He says that Azar is in Saudi Arabia however when Rameen comes to understand the reality, she leaves the house and marries Sheraz. Numair turns mad. Shezar and Rameen live with their kids happily.
